RSe is delighted for our client and proud to have played a role in turning Redbridge i into a reality.

New free resource to evaluate projects - introducing mietool

We have developed a major new resource for local authorities with the Regional Improvement and Efficiency Partnerships, Department of Communities and Local Government and the London Borough of Brent. The mietool provides a rigorous framework for the costing and planning of projects and allows you to quantify expected efficiency gains. It is available free to all local authorities in England and it is currently being rolled out across the country through comprehensive and interactive training sessions. New easier procurement route for our transformation support

We have been selected for inclusion in the National Business Process Improvement/Lean Systems Thinking Framework, launched last month by the West Midlands Regional Improvement & Efficiency Partnership. The framework has been set up specifically to help local authorities procure support for transformation programmes, and enables any authority in England & Wales to run a mini tender for BPI/Lean Systems thinking and associated programme & project management from a number of pre-approved suppliers, saving the time and cost of a full tender exercise.
