Customer Insight

Customer Insight involves developing an understanding of customer needs, wants and expectations that can be used to design and deliver better services. It is a critical tool in helping authorities target services and resources. It helps deliver efficiency savings and improved services to citizens and customers.

RSe is leading the development of Customer Insight in local government and across the public sector. Our key services include:

  1. Community and customer profiling
  2. The application of Insight to solving specific problems
  3. Strategies to build Customer Insight capability and put the citizen experience at the heart of public services.

Customer Insight is also a key input into a number of our other improvement work, including Service Design, BPI and the development of strategic change programmes.

RSe uses a range of Customer Insight techniques, including Customer Journey Mapping and Segmentation. It is vendor-neutral and works with a range of suppliers of datasets and market research to bring the insight that you require to address your specific issue.
