Some examples of the benefits our work has brought our local government clients are:
- we saved £1m p.a. for a London Borough when we restructured their ICT
- we lifted a County Council's Use of Resources score from 1 star to 2 stars through our value for money work
- we reviewed more than 50 projects for a London Borough, identified savings of over £20m and prioritised their delivery
- we reduced a directorate's annual budget in another London Borough by £500,000 through re-engineering and re-energising how they work
- we identified several hundred thousand pounds of savings in Adult Social Care commissioning in a London Borough and a County Council.
