Case study: London Borough of Brent
The London Borough of Brent is a high performing authority and is continually looking for ways to improve customer service. RSe were brought in to run a series of workshops to identify how services could be re-designed to better meet customer needs. Customers and staff participated in three workshops designed to elicit views about frustrations, delays or lack of information that they encountered during the delivery process and at what stage these dificulties occured. The workshops generated over 150 ideas for improving the design of services which were fed into annual service planning.
