high energy
The amount of energy an organisation has is reflected by the pace, passion
and creativity of staff members. When staff are dedicated to and enjoy their
work, things get done, ideas get developed and problems are overcome.
RSe is developing an ‘energy audit' which will give a clear picture of energy
levels based on an assessment of five components that together make up the
‘energy' of an organisation:
- Leadership - how an organisation is led and managed has a fundamental impact on energy
- Individual
- how effective, focused and motivated individual members of staff are at
different levels of the organisation
- Group
- the way in which individuals work together, in teams, in departments, and on
projects
- Culture
- the expectations and ‘norms' of attitudes, interaction and behaviour
- Innovation
- the ability of the organisation to develop, judge and take to fruition new ideas for doing things.
